Banda Aceh [Humas Aceh]– Perhimpunan Pergerakan Indonesia (PPI) Provinsi Aceh mengucapkan selamat kepada presiden dan wakil presiden terpilih Jokowi-JK atas ditolaknya gugatan kubu Prabowo-Hatta oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi. PPI Aceh juga mengapresiasi keputusan MK dalam sidang sengketa pemilu hari ini di Jakarta.
Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Ketua Perhimpunan Pergerakan Indonesia (PPI) Provinsi Aceh, Sabri Aly, dalam siaran persnya di Banda Aceh, Kamis (21/08/2014).
“Penolakan gugatan (Prabowo-Hatta) oleh MK menandakan bapak Jokowi-JK sudah pasti memimpin Indonesia, ini adalah kemenangan rakyat Indonesia. Selamat untuk Jokowi-JK,” ujar Sabri.
Ketua PPI Aceh sekaligus tim pemenangan Jokowi-JK ini, menilai keputusan MK yang menolak semua gugatan Prabowo-Hatta merupakan kemajuan hukum dan demokrasi yang harus dihormati dan diapresiasi bersama demi membangun Indonesia yang lebih baik.
“Kita sangat mengapresiasi keputusan MK atas sengketa pemilu yang terjadi. Ini harus dihormati bersama sebagai bukti bahwa kita sangat menjunjung tinggi hukum dan demokrasi di Indonesia, legowo sajalah,” ujar Sabri Aly.
” Sabri juga mengatakan, keputusan MK yang menolak seluruh gugatan kubu Prabowo-Hatta tidak akan berpengaruh terhadap jalannya perdamaian di Aceh. Seperti kabar yang disiarkan oleh beberapa oknum yang tidak puas atas keputusan hukum yang diambil oleh MK.”
“Masyarakat Aceh sudah jenuh dengan konflik, damai di Aceh adalah harga mati yang harus dijaga bersama. Jangan jadikan Aceh sebagai korban politik sebagian pihak yang tidak puas atas keputusan (MK) ini,” tutup Sabri. (sp) [Atjeklink.com]
