BANDA ACEH [Humas Aceh] – Sekretaris Daerah Aceh yang diwakili oleh Staf Ahli di bidang pemerintahan, Drs.Zulkifli Ahmad, MM menyerukan agar semua Kepala SKPA untuk berkerjasama dalam hal keterbukaan informasi publik.
Pesan tersebut disampaikan dalam kata sambutan pembuka Diskusi Publik yang diselenggarakan oleh Masyarakat Transparansi Aceh (MaTA) yang berlansung di Hotel Hermes, Jumat (26/9).
Menurut Zulkifli, banyak kepala SKPA yang belum siap merubah mindset (pola pikir) untuk melayani masyarakat dalam proses keterbukaan informasi publik.
“Pemerintah berkomitmen dalam hal ini dengan membentuk Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) pada setiap SKPA untuk memudahkan masyarakat memperoleh pelayanan informasi”
“Disamping peran aktif pemerintah, masyarakat juga diminta untuk aktif menggunakan hak untuk mendapatkan informasi yang bersifat publik ke PPID dinas terkait”, kata Zulkifli
Untuk itu, tambah Zulkilfi pemerintah akan terus melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarkat tentang manfaat PPID dan keterbukaan akses informasi kepada sesiapa saja yang memerlukan.
Hal serupa juga disampaikan oleh salah satu pemateri dalam diskusi publik tersebut, yaitu Ketua Komisi Informasi Aceh, Afrizal Tjoetra. Menurutnya, masih banyak tugas pemerintah Aceh yang harus dibenahi terutama dalam sektor pelayanan publik dan keterbukaan informasi publik.
Afrizal berharap dengan adanya sosialisasi UU keterbukaan informasi publik ini, masyarakat akan lebih dapat merasakan manfaatnya karena hak untuk informasi publiK merupakan hak asasi seseorang.
